Welcome to The St. Paul's Schools Online Application Process

Our admissions process is very personalized and our goal is to get to know each other as you explore a school that best fits your child. Through this online admissions portal you can track the progress of your child's application and also access admissions forms. 

Co-ed Infants, Toddlers, 2 year olds, 3 year olds:

We encourage you to schedule a virtual or in person tour by calling (410) 823-0061.

  • Create an online user ID and password 
  • Complete and submit the application
  • Submit the $50 application fee (The application fee is waived for all St. Paul's Schools siblings and alumni.)

Co-ed Pre-Kindergarten - 4th grade admission process:

We encourage parents to attend one of our Parent Open Houses and schedule a parent interview and assessment for you child.

  • Create an online user ID and password at this website:  https://stpaulsmd.schooladminonline.com/users/sign_in
  • Complete and submit the application.
  • Submit the $50 application fee (The application fee is waived for all St. Paul's School siblings and alumni.)
  • Provide Common Referral Form (available on our Admissions Process and Forms website page).
  • Provide current academic transcript (grades 1-4) (available on our Admissions Process and Forms website page).
  • Contact admissions office (410-821-3060) to schedule either in person or virtual admissions assessment.
  • Schedule a parent conversation.
  • Submit tuition assistance application by December 15, if applicable for Grades K-4.

Grades 5 - 12 admission process:

We encourage parents to attend one of our Middle School or Upper School Q & A Sessions and schedule a parent interview.

  • Complete and submit the application.
  • Submit the $50 application fee (The application fee is waived for all St. Paul's School siblings and alumni.)
  • Schedule virtual student visit.
  • Schedule virtual student interview with admissions advisor.
  • Schedule virtual parent interview with admissions advisor.
  • Register for SSAT Character Skills Assessment.  St. Paul's Code=1812.
  • Provide 2 Common Referral Forms from current Math and English teacher and 1 from 2019-2020 core subject teacher (available on our Admissions Process and Forms website page).
  • Provide current academic transcript (available on our Admissions and Process and Forms website page).
  • Submit tuition assistance application by December 15, if applicable.
